Quickspin will venture into the crowded Wild West genre with their upcoming Sticky Bandits game. This 5-reel adventure takes players deep into the desert, where outlaws try to pull off a big train heist.

As you can see, Sticky Bandits' story is far from original. In fact, it reminds us very much of NetEnt's Wild Wild West: The Great Train Heist.

But Sticky Bandits does differ in terms of features and graphics. That said, let's cover what you can expect from this Quickspin game when it's released on August 15.

Gameplay and Atmosphere

Sticky Bandits takes place in the American Wild West, where you'll see mountains, desert, and train tracks. Our favorite part about the background is how the tracks go underneath a rock structure. All in all, we like the atmosphere a lot.

Symbols include several bandits, dynamite, moneybags, letters, locomotive, and numbers. The fact that this game has different characters is one aspect that totally reminds us of Wild Wild West. However, these bandits aren't quite as charactery (i.e. no eye-patches, scars, or tattoos).

You'll see some of the symbols perform animations, although they're nothing special when compared to other modern slots. We do like the variety of sound effects during winning combinations, which blend action with a Wild West feeling.
