Open any aggregator's website and you'll see the same pitch: a big number of games and a long list of provider logos. For years, that was how operators chose content partners. The bigger the catalogue, the better the deal.
That logic no longer holds. Today most aggregators can offer the same popular studios and the same headline titles. When everyone has the games, the games stop being the reason to choose. It's the shift Games Valley was built around, and it changes the questions operators should be asking.
Casino content has become a commodity. An operator can reach thousands of slots, live tables and crash games through almost any major aggregator. Providers want maximum distribution, so they sign with as many platforms as they can.
The result is that a catalogue of 10,000 games tells you very little about how a partner will perform. What matters is everything that happens around those games: how fast they go live, how clearly you can see their performance, what they cost you, and how quickly problems get fixed.
That is where aggregators still differ, and it is all technology.
None of these answers appears on a provider logo wall. All of them affect your Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR).
Content advantages are temporary. A studio you have exclusively today could be on every platform next quarter. Technology advantages build up over time.
A faster integration means every new provider goes live sooner, every time. Better data means every lobby decision is sharper, every week. Transparent billing means every month-end is quicker and every rate negotiation is stronger. Proactive support means every incident costs less.
Over a year, those gains add up to lower operating costs, fewer lost sessions and more revenue from the same content.
When you next assess an aggregator, change the order of the questions. Start with integration speed, data, billing and support. Leave the game count until last, because it is the one thing every shortlist will have in common.
Ask for proof, too. Ask for a live look at the dashboards your team would use, a sample invoice broken down to game level, and a timeline from a recent client launch. An aggregator that is confident in its technology will be happy to show you all three.
Games Valley was built in response to the problems operators deal with every day: fragmented integrations, opaque billing, slow support and data treated as an afterthought.
Access to 100+ providers and 11,000+ games is the starting point. The platform around it is the point.
